Frequently Asked Questions

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

  • Pop Freak only ships within the Continental U.S. at this time.  We ship utilizing UPS or FEDEX, and ship from our facility in New Jersey.

How do you ship?

  • Your shipment will arrive via Fedex or UPS - this selection can be made at the time of your checkout process.  View SHIPPING & DELIVERY times.

When will my product be shipped?

  • Your order will ship within 1-3 business days after your order is received.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

  • We will email you the tracking number for your shipment once it leaves our location.  You may also log into your account and the tracking details will be listed in your order history.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

  • Due to the limited nature of our items, all orders are final.  We do not accept returns, unless an incorrect items was sent.
  • In the unlikely event that there is an issue with item(s) you've ordered, we will review it on a case-by-case basis, and ship out a replacement or issue a refund.  Please CONTACT US for assistance
    • We do our best to package everything in double box format, utilizing extra strength shipping boxes, additional bubble wrap, as well as additional measures are taken depending on the item & fragile nature being shipped.  
    • Please understand that requests for replacements cannot always be accomodated since items may no longer be available.
    • For products with stated quantity limits per household, limited editions, or pre-orders, are not eligible for returns.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accpet?

  • We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover)

What is your refund policy?

  • Once an item is returned and inspected, we refund within 24-48 hours.  An email will be sent to you with the refund verification.  Unfortunately, we do not control when your bank will deposit the funds to your account.  Please contact your bank if you do not see the funds post to your account within 7-14 days.  

Can you ship to an address other than the billing address on file for the credit card?

  • Due to our banks' policy, we can only ship to the billing address on file.  We are able to ship to  alternate shipping address as long as it is on file with your bank - please contact your bank to place this address on file, prior to placing your order.  Otherwise, your order will be declined by our system.
