Policy - Returns
NOTE: Due to the limited nature of our items, all orders are final. We do not accept returns, unless an incorrect items was sent.
We do our best to package everything in double box format, utilizing extra strength shipping boxes, and additional bubble wrap for protection. For all 4" Funko Pops, additional measures are taken such as packed in either a sorter / snug box or a PopShield protector (in some cases, both). ALL of our items are handled with care as we understand many of our customers are collectors and being collectors ourselves, we understand the value & importance of receiving an item in its original condition.
- In the unlikely event that there is an issue with item(s) you've ordered, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis, and ship out a replacement or issue a refund accordingly. Please CONTACT US for assistance.
- Please understand that requests for replacements cannot always be accommodated since some items may no longer be available.
- For products with stated quantity limits per household, limited editions, or pre-orders, are not eligible for returns.
- If there was an error and/or oversight on our end, we apologize in advance, and will do everything possible to correct the issue and proceed accordingly - be it a refund, credit, or return / exchange.
Mystery Boxes, Gift Cards, Blind Boxes, Custom Pieces, and One-Offs are STRICTLY FINAL SALE. No cancellations or returns will be accepted on these items.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If an item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, it is the responsibility of the carrier. Once the courier picks up the shipment from our facilty, we can no longer control transit times, handling, nor guarantee the safe arrival of your shipment.
Therefor, any lost or damage claims must go thru the contracted carrier. We only utilize Fedex or UPS for all of our shipments, and shipments are automatically insured up to $100 from these carriers. For values exceeding $100, you may purchase additional insurance. If you do not purchase additional insurance, and the replacement value exceeds the $100 included insurance, the maximum reimbursement the courier will issue is $100.

PRE-ORDERS: Unfortunately, we are NOT able to cancel a PRE-ORDER item once it has been placed thru our system. All Pre-Ordered items are reserved on your behalf from the distributor / manufacturer upon receipt of your order.
IN-STOCK: You may cancel your IN-STOCK order, however, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, since most in-stock items are prepped, packed, shipped within 24 hours. The sooner you let us know you want to cancel your order, the better. If you made a mistake or ordered the wrong item, please contact us right away.
ALL Cancellations are strictly at the discretion of Pop Freak Collectibles and if an item is shipped prior to your formal cancellation, the customer will be responsible for return shipping in addition being subject to a 15% restocking fee.
These can only be ordered 1 BOX Per Transaction. Orders with multiple boxes or additional items will be cancelled.
