Policy - Pre-Orders

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on upcoming new merchandise not yet released, which is scheduled to be available & shipped at a future date.  Purchasing a pre-ordered item ensure that the item is reserved for you when it becomes available.  This is a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival.

Each item available for pre-order will have its own specific arrival and shipping date, which will be displayed on the product page.  Some dates are not guaranteed, and are subject to change based on manufacturer / distributor conditions. 

PRE-ORDER PAYMENT PROCESSING

Pre-Order items are charged at the time of purchase, not when the item ships. Ship date is subject to change without notice. We will update the product page with any changes as they happen. If you wish to purchase "In-Stock" items along with "Pre-Order" items, your entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. If you would like your "In-Stock" purchases to ship sooner, please make separate transactions.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, Pre-Orders are not eligible for order cancellations.  Pre-Ordered items are ordered and reserved at the manufacturer or distributor at the time your order is received, to guarantee fulfillment once the item is released.

If you must cancel your pre-order item, please CONTACT US immediately (within 12 hours at a maximum).  Cancellations are strictly at the discretion of Pop Freak Collectibles.
