Policy - Shipping


Applies to IN-STOCK items only - All orders are shipped out Mon-Fri only, excluding holidays.  Any orders received over the weekend, will be processed on the following business day.  Please allow 1-3 business days for your shipment to leave our facility.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within that time frame, please CONTACT US for assistance.

If any item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you and let you know the estimated availability date.  Please allow additional time when a package is delayed due to adverse weather.



If you order multiple items in a single transaction, and your order includes a "PRE-ORDER" item, all items will be shipped once the last pre-order item becomes available.

If you would like your in-stock items to ship separately, we ask that you process separate transactions.



We ship to the Contiguous U.S. via UPS or FEDEX.  Transit times vary depending on your chosen shipping method.  We do not ship to the non-contiguous states of Alaska or Hawaii, nor any off-shore U.S. territories and possessions which are American Samoa, Guam, The Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

AUGUST 2020 - COVID UPDATE - Due to the current situation, both UPS and FEDEX have issued notices on possible delays due to the covid crisis.  We ask that you please be patient, and if an order hasn't arrived at the schedule date listed in the tracking details, please contact the shipping carrier for an update.

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer International shipping at this time.  We hope to adjust this policy in the near future, to accommodate our friends overseas.



We only utlize Fedex or UPS for all of our shipments, and shipments are automatically insured up to $100 from these carriers.  For values exceeding $100, you may purchase additional insurance.  If you do not purchase additional insurance, and your shipment is lost, stolen, or damaged and the replacement value exceeds the $100 included insurance, the maximum reimbursement the courier will issue is $100.



Please inspect your package thoroughly before accepting and signing from the courier.  Ensure there are no crushed edges, signs of liquid damage (stains), tampered boxes, and/or puncture holes.  In the event you suspect your package may have been damaged in transit, DO NOT SIGN for anything, and immediately inform the courier of the visible damage and your refusal to accept.  The courier will then fill out a claim form, where pictures will be taken and then a process of opening up the package by the courier will occur, with you being a witness.  If the contents are not damaged in any visible form, you can then decide to accept the shipment.  If it is apparement the item is damaged, you can then refuse the package and a claim will be filed by the courier.  This is an imperative process for ALL shipment refusals.

If you receive the shipment and discover damage after the courier has left, please contact the courier immediately, and also shoot us an email as well.  The longer you wait, the less likely the courier will honor your claim.
